I'm sort of annoyed about this impending change, the cost of everything is always an issue. I had my plate professionally done and now I'll have to change it?
Hi, The colored background rule doesn't take effect until 2021. This is a transition year to allow everyone plenty of time to prepare. So, there's nothing you need to do this year.

I see on the membership form that "NETA will provide one decal per adult rider or one for each family member as part of your membership renewal." I am renewing for a single Junior rider, age 13, now Sportsman C. It appears he is not eligible for a decal provided by NETA with his membership renewal, right?
so can I purchase one from NETA?

Hi, No worries. We'll provide a decal as part of the membership. I'll update the form so it is clearer that decals are included with all memberships.
